I'm Mindy and I'm your photographer.   I love what I do and that is taking pictures of your special moments.  Joe and I have been married for over 30 years.  We are parents to Shoji, a rescue Shiba and Oscar, a wire-haired terrier.  

I am an artist at heart.  I studied art and art history in college and truly enjoy finding the perfect setting for your photos.

In 2017, we moved back to Rochester, IA, my childhood home, to live life on the banks of the Cedar River.  The river is a popular backdrop in my portraits.  I also have a studio, so weather doesn't always affect us.  When we have free time, we enjoy riding motorcycles, hunting, fishing and taking pictures at events.
